Product Care
We do not recommend refrigerating your chocolates, however if you have no alternative, keep chocolates in their original packaging, place in an airtight container and wrap completely in plastic film before placing in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator at least two hours before eating, without removing the plastic film, to allow the chocolate to slowly reach room temperature.
ZÜKÀ chocolates is best when consumed within 6 weeks. The chocolates will remain fresh and best retain their delicate flavors and textures if they are kept in a dry atmosphere at a temperature range between 15°C – 18°C. Chocolate is very sensitive, hence should also be stored away from direct light and any strong aromas.
Chocolate turns white when the cocoa butter within the chocolate has separated toward the surface. It is often referred to as ‘chocolate bloom’. There are several causes, most often occurring as a result of warm storage conditions. Despite its appearance, chocolate that has “bloomed” is still safe to eat.
Quality
The word couverture describes high quality chocolate that contains a certain amount of extra cocoa butter between 32% and 39%. Combined with proper tempering of the chocolate, this higher percentage of cocoa butter gives the chocolate a firmer “snap” and a creamier flavour.
Unlike mass produced chocolates in the market, ZÜKÀ products are made from the traditional method using only premium cocoa butter rather than vegetable fats and fillers. Because our products are natural, have no preservatives and contain fresh cream and butter, our products have a limited shelf life to ensure optimum freshness

1. Do you deliver cakes outside Pondicherry?
We currently offer delivery only within Pondicherry. At this time, our logistics are focused on ensuring freshness and timely delivery within this region.
2. Can I order eggless cakes?
Yes, most of our cakes—including our popular truffle cakes—are available in eggless variants. You can select the eggless option while placing your order.
3. Are same-day deliveries available?
We do not offer same-day delivery. All orders are freshly prepared and delivered with care on the selected delivery date.
4. Do you offer custom messages or toppers on cakes?
Absolutely! You can add a custom message while checking out. For special toppers or themes, please contact us directly or mention your request in the special instructions box.
5. What ingredients do you use in your chocolates and cakes?
We use premium couverture chocolate, fresh dairy, and natural ingredients. Our cakes feature high-quality cocoa, real fruit purees, and artisan techniques to deliver rich flavor and texture.
6. Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, you can choose the store pickup option during checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
7. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, especially for custom cakes or large orders, to ensure availability and timely preparation.
8. Do you offer gift packaging or handwritten notes?
Yes! Our Happiness Collection and Chocolate Gift Boxes come with elegant packaging. You may also include a personal note during checkout.
9. Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, our eggless cakes and all dark and milk chocolate bars are vegetarian-friendly. Ingredient details are listed on each product page.
10. How do I store your cakes and chocolates?
Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 2–3 days. Chocolates are best kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally between 18°C to 22°C.
